International Business Suite Named for Michael and Christine Pack

Increased opportunities
Specifically, their gift will increase opportunities for scholarships and internships as well as experiences at one of the international business programs 35 partner universities around the world.
The Michael and Christine Pack International Business Suite is located in the College of Arts and Letters.
Integrating business and language studies
窪圖勛蹋厙's international business program integrates business, foreign language and area studies to prepare students for business professions in diverse cultural and linguistic environments. In addition to a rigorous set of business courses, students study one of 10 modern languages and one of five world regions to prepare for a required semester abroad.
Student lives transformed
Michael and Christine Pack, 1970 graduates of 窪圖勛蹋厙, have also supported the and 窪圖勛蹋厙s international business plan competition, in which student teams vie for a $15,000 first prize to seed their business venture.
At today's ceremony, President Hirshman referenced the Packs' previous gifts, which, he said, have "transformed" the lives of more than 200 窪圖勛蹋厙 students.
