Advising Appointments
You may come into the office during business hours and schedule a future appointment with an advisor. You may also log-on during scheduled virtual office hours to schedule an appointment with one of our team members. You can also leave a message for us by clicking the 鈥淟eave a Message鈥� button on the bottom right of your browser, and someone will follow-up with your request. Upon review, you will be sent a personalized link for you to choose from available appointment times using our online scheduling system. Appointments must be made at least 1-day in advance.

Summer Break Open Advising Hours
- Starting 05.26.26 through 08.18.26
- First come, first served basis for admission.
- Each student meeting is a max of 10 minutes long.
- VIRTUAL: Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Virtual meetings are held over Zoom. The link is in the ISC calendar.
Please note, in virtual advising, the Zoom meeting will be locked if maximum capacity has been reached.
Fall & Spring Open Advising Hours
- First come, first served.
- Each student meeting is a max of 10 minutes long.
- IN-PERSON: Wednesday 1:30 PM -3 PM. For in-person advising, if maximum capacity has been reached, you will be advised on arrival depending on availability.
- VIRTUAL: Monday and Friday from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Virtual meetings are held over Zoom. The link is in the ISC calendar. Please note, in virtual advising, the Zoom meeting will be locked if maximum capacity has been reached.
When you join virtual open advising hours, you are placed in a ZOOM virtual waiting room. Advising is handled first-come, first-served. Advisors will evaluate your questions and if more time is needed, will refer you to our appointment scheduling system. The virtual session will be locked 10 minutes prior to the end of the posted hours. Please review the International Student Services Calendar to view which advisors are scheduled.
